Exhibitor/Sponsor Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing to IPSB prior to Apr 15.
No refund will be provided for cancellations after Apr 15.

Payment:
I understand that by submitting this form I agree to sponsor the IPSB Close Protection Conference. I agree to pay all fees associated with this submission prior to the start of the event.
It is understood that all associated fees must be paid in full prior to receiving any benefits, and that some benefits may be forfeited if payment is not received in a timely manner.

Display Assignment:
It is understood that the location of displays or program placement is at the discretion of IPSB and is in correlation to the sponsorship level and benefits.
It is understood that IPSB retains the right to assign space at its discretion based on the needs of the program and venue.
It is understood that the exhibitor will be provided space to showcase marketing materials and that any visual displays will not exceed 5 feet in height.

Code of Conduct:
It is understood that the sponsors representatives at the event must conduct business in a professional manner and may not create excessive noise or other disturbances.

Liability:
It is understood that any audio-visual equipment needed for the exhibitor is at the exhibitor's expense.
It is understood that the materials and property of the exhibitor is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and IPSB at no time assumes liability for the exhibitor's property.

Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform their obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, or government actions.

Cancellation by IPSB:
In the event of cancellation by IPSB, Exhibitors/Sponsors will be offered either a refund of fees paid or credit toward a future event, at the Organization's discretion.

By applying for exhibition space or sponsorship, the Exhibitor/Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
